Answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns and pre-orders are on the frequently asked questions page; the answer you are looking for may already be there.

These are the channels open today. There is no live chat window, call centre or contact form on the site; if such a channel opens, it will be stated on this page.

When you write, state the subject and your order number if you have one. The order number is the single key you quote in every exchange about your order.

What to write about where

About your order: write your order number and the email address you gave when ordering. The status of the order, tracking details and an address correction are asked for this way.

About returns, the right of withdrawal and exchanges: first read the terms in the returns and right of withdrawal page, then send your withdrawal notice to the same address. State your order number and the product you want to return.

About a missing or damaged component: you do not need to send the whole box back. Tell us which component is missing or damaged, with your order number, and we will complete it.

About delivery, the shipping charge and the delivery time: the full terms are in the delivery terms page, and you can ask us about anything you do not find there.

About your personal data: you can submit requests regarding your rights under article 11 of Law no. 6698 through the channels set out in the data protection notice. For everyday questions the same email address is enough.

Corporate matters, press and partnership requests: write to the same address, stating the subject.

Who the seller is

NERDWIZ is the website operated by the company whose registered name appears in the seller details section. The seller party to the order you place on the site is that company, and you send notices concerning the agreement to the contact details stated there.

Only the fields that have been filled in appear in the seller details section. If a field is not on the screen, that information has not been published yet; rather than showing incomplete information as if it were complete, the line is not printed at all.

The parties to the order, the characteristics of the product, payment, delivery and the right of withdrawal are governed by the distance sales agreement. The pre-contract information form presented for your approval before the order summarises the same information.

Applications and complaints

If a request of yours goes unanswered, or you find the answer given insufficient, in a dispute that cannot be settled you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court. You may apply to the committee at your place of residence or at the place where the transaction took place; which authority you apply to is determined by the monetary limits set anew each year. Applications can also be made through the Consumer Information System on e-Devlet.

If a request concerning your personal data is refused, you find the answer given insufficient, or you receive no answer in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board. The periods and the application channels are set out in the data protection notice.

If you do not want to receive commercial electronic messages, you can withdraw your consent through the opt-out link in any message sent, through the Message Management System, or by writing to the email address on this page.

Your data when you write to us

Your name, your email address and the information you send in a message to us are processed only to answer your request and, where applicable, to carry out the operation relating to your order. The full detail is in the data protection notice.

Do not write your card number, card expiry date or security code in a message. We never ask you for your card details through any channel; during payment those details are entered only on the payment institution's own secure page and never reach us.
