Be civil
Answer the argument, not the person. Insults, belittling and baiting are not a disagreement; they are a moderation matter.
Forum rules
The forum is where we talk about the games and the rules. A few things keep it that way.
No advertising
Do not open a topic to promote your own product or channel. A link that adds something to the discussion is fine; a link standing on its own is an advert.
Keep personal details out
Do not post your own or anyone else's address, phone number or order details. If something is wrong with your order, write to us directly.
Mind the images
Only post images you have the right to use. Disturbing images are removed and the account can be suspended.
The limits are there to hold back floods
Back-to-back posts, the same topic again and bulk link sharing are stopped on their own. If you hit a limit, wait a little.
Report a problem post
Report it instead of arguing with it. Reports go to the moderators and every decision is written to the log.
Moderation
Moderators do not delete a post; they hide or remove it. The decision can be undone and the content stays in the report queue as evidence.
Only the display name you choose appears on the forum. The real name you give for delivery is never shown here.
